Refund Policy

NO FAULT CANCELLATION - Airline, Cruise Line, Railroad (a) If before we pick you up, your airline, cruise line, or railroad cancels your reservation, we will exert every effort to accommodate your next pick-up. If we can not, due to other reserved clients, any money paid will be refunded-in-full, or credited to a future trip, up to the client.
(b) You may be asked to submit documentation that your airline, cruise line or railroad cancelled your reservation. (c) Trip credit is valid for twelve (12) months, is Client specific, and is nontranferrable.

GENERAL- Excludes: Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Change Requests, Special Events, Early Morning & Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat, Vehicle/Auto Rentals (a) Once a trip is booked, you can cancel thirty (30) days before the first pick-up and receive a full refund. (b) Funds for cancelled trips less than thirty (30) days before the first pick-up may be used for credit for future trips within twelve (12) months, subject to management approval, are Client specific and are nontransferrable. 

OTHER - Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Early Morning and Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat Rentals & Special Events e.g. Including but not limited to: Concerts, Batchelor and Batchelorette Parties, Other Parties, Other Events. (a) Once an trip is booked, you can cancel up to sixty (60) days before the trip reservation of the first pick-up for a full refund. (b) Funds for cancelled trips less than sixty (60) days prior notice of the first pick-up are nonrefundable and are not trip credit eligible
