Refund Policy

NO FAULT CANCELLATION - Airline, Cruise Line, Railroad (a) If before we pick you up, your airline, cruise line, or railroad cancels your reservation, we will exert every effort to accommodate your next pick-up. If we can not, due to other reserved clients, any money paid will be REFUNDED IN FULL or credited to a future trip, up to the client.
(b) You may be asked to submit documentation that your airline, cruise line or railroad cancelled your reservation. (c) Trip credit is valid for twelve (12) months, is Client specific, and is nontranferrable.

GENERAL- Excludes: Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Change Requests, Special Events, Early Morning & Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat, Vehicle/Auto Rentals, and Holidays. (a) Once a trip is booked, you can cancel thirty (30) days before the first pick-up and receive a full refund. (b) Funds for cancelled trips less than thirty (30) days before the first pick-up may be used for trip credit for a future trip within twelve (12) months. Trip credit is subject to management approval, is Client specific and is nontransferrable. 

TRAVEL CREDIT - Trip Travel credit is valid for one (1) year from its issue date (the original cancellation date). Travel must be rebooked by the expiration date (one year from its issue date). The travel does not need to occur by the expiration date.

OTHER - Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Early Morning and Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat Rentals & Special Events e.g. Including but not limited to: Concerts, Nightlife, Batchelor and Batchelorette Parties, Other Parties, Holidays and Other Events. (a) Once an trip is booked, you can cancel up to sixty (60) days before the trip reservation of the first pick-up for a full refund. (b) Funds for cancelled trips less than sixty (60) days prior notice of the first pick-up are nonrefundable and are not trip credit eligible

BUSINESS FLIGHTS: There are no refunds or trip travel credits for business/corporate cancelled trips other than no-fault cancellations. For more information please see the No Fault Cancellation section (above)
