Refund Policy

NO FAULT CANCELLATIONS - Airline, Cruise Line, Railroad

If before we pick you up your airline, cruise line, or railroad cancels your reservation, we will exert every effort to accommodate your next pick-up. If we can not, due to other reserved clients, any money paid will be refunded-in-full, or credited to a future trip, up to the client. You may be asked to submit documentation that your airline, cruise line or railroad cancelled your reservation.


GENERAL REFUNDS - (Excludes Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Special Events & Early Morning/Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat & vehicle/Auto Rentals

Free cancellations if you cancel before seven (7) days of your first pick-up. Once a trip is booked, you can cancel seven (7) days before the first pick-up and receive a full refund. Funds for cancelled trips less than seven (7) days before the first pick-up may be used for credit for future trips, subject to management approval. Limit: three (3) trip credits per rolling twelve (12) month period.


REFUNDS OTHER- Weddings, Proms, Cruise Ports, Long Distance Trips, Early Morning/Late Night Pick-Ups, Boat & Auto Rentals and Special Events

Weddings, proms, long distance trips, cruise ports, early morning/late night pick-ups, boat & auto rentals, and special events, e.g., including but not limited to graduations, sporting events, concerts, bachelor and bachelorette parties, parties, nightlife; once an trip is booked, you can cancel up to sixty (60) days before the trip reservation of the first pick-up for a full refund.
