1. No-fault cancellation for Airline, Cruise Line, and Railroad Reservations
If your airline, cruise line, or railroad cancels your reservation before dispatching your designated driver, our service will exert every effort to accommodate you with an alternative pick-up arrangement. This accommodation will depend on the availability of our resources at the time of your notification. The cancellation must be for a trip for which you reserved a pick-up or drop-off with us. For reservations that cannot be accommodated because of existing commitments to other clients, our company is to provide a *FULL REFUND* of any payments received from you related to the canceled booking.
2. Documentation Requirements
To safeguard both our clients and our company, the submission of documentation may be necessary when processing claims for refunds or credits due to third-party cancellations. Acceptable documentation includes—but is not limited to—the following: - A copy of the cancellation confirmation received from the airline, cruise line, or railroad. - Additionally, if applicable, proof of payment detailing the original reservation. We maintain the right to verify these documents and ensure their authenticity before proceeding with the refund or issuance of travel credits.
3. Scope of Service and Limitations
It is important to clarify that our No-Fault Cancellation Policy is exclusively applicable to situations where reservations are canceled by an airline, cruise line, or railroad. Cancellations initiated by clients for personal reasons do not fall under this clause and will be treated in accordance with our General Cancellation Policy. Furthermore, all efforts made towards accommodating new arrangements are subject to the availability of our drivers and vehicles. While we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility, we cannot guarantee accommodations in cases where pre-existing commitments prevent us from fulfilling the request.
4. General Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for personal reasons: In such cases, while a refund will not be issued, you will still retain the option to utilize any funds associated with the canceled trip as travel credit for a future engagement. This travel credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date the cancellation was processed.
5. Travel Credit Conditions
Travel credits issued as a result of a cancellation are strictly applicable towards future trips booked within the stipulated 12-month validity period. Please note that while the funds must be rebooked before the expiration date of the travel credit, the travel itself does not necessarily have to occur within this timeframe. Utilizing the credit effectively requires rebooking protocols to be followed, ensuring they meet our operational guidelines. Travel credit is client specific and is nontransferrable.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the full terms of our cancellation policies prior to making a reservation. It is essential for you to maintain awareness of the deadlines pertinent to your booking to maximize the benefits available under this policy. The obligation to cancel or reschedule rests solely with the client; therefore, we encourage proactive communication with our team should any changes to your travel plans arise.
7. Special Events, Long Distance & Seaport Trips
Special events such as, but not limited to: weddings, proms, ball games, sport events, batchelor/batchelorette parties and trips greater than one hundred (100) miles, seaport trips are nonrefundable
8. Amendments to the Policy
Our company reserves the right to amend or update the terms of our no-fault cancellation policy and our general cancellation policy and any part of any policy as deemed necessary. By choosing to engage our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms set forth in this policy.
