- There are many variables in providing reliable quality ground transportation and it starts with the reservation. To ensure the accuracy of a reservation request that we receive, with the quality of the service we provide, we set forth the following policies.

(a) Reservation confirmations are estimates only based on the information provided by the client at the time of the reservation request and in most cases the confirmation is rock-solid. There are however times when after the reservation is made, the client asks for additional stops $20 each, adds additional passengers $15 per person, requests custom travel routes $25, changes the destination $20, changes the pick-up time from a standard time to an overnight time $30, or changes the pick-up date from a non-holiday to a holiday 20-$50, so on and so forth. Please take the time to read through this page so you are at no time surprised by any additional charges, changes in rate structure, or cancellation guidelines.

(b) For travel to and from most major airports and cities, our standardized transfer rates apply. For travel between locations where we do not have a flat rate, an hourly and/or milage charge is calculated plus applicable fees, e.g., wait time fees, parking fees, additional stops, et cetera.

(c) All trips that are billed on an hourly basis have an hourly minimum. Hourly minimums apply for all vehicles, check with our office for current minimums. All quoted fares for reservations confirmations, as well as pick-up times are estimates only. Rates and pick-up times are subject to change. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, parking, etc. may apply. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered once it gets to its first pick-up location, then in ½ hour increments, thereafter. The client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, wait time charges, parking charges beyond the original reservation confirmation and or agreement. Final charges for trips are determined upon ride completion. A customary gratuity is suggested to all clients for all reservations. Please refer to our Gratuity Guidelines.

(d) Full payment is made at the time of the reservation booking. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and Cash.

(e) The base rate does not include parking, wait time, additional child car seats or backless boosters, additional stops, route changes, holiday, weekend, or late night/early morning adjustments, driver gratuity, or any other applicable fees, if any.

(f) Reservation confirmations fares are estimates only on the base fare. The client’s final fare may be higher than the reservation confirmation. All rates are calculated in local currency and billed in U.S. dollars or at the prevailing exchange rate, rates may vary. In booking a reservation, you authorize us to bill you accordingly or charge the credit card provided for the services rendered at the rates given at the time of reservation and any charges incurred during the trip, if any.

(g) Corporate/Business accounts: Full payment is made at the time of the reservation booking to a company credit or debit card. The bank card must have the name of the company on the card, otherwise it is considered a personal trip. For clients seeking reimbursement; paper, email, or text receipts are available. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.

(h) For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added for trips twenty-five (25) miles or over, and for special events, e.g., weddings, proms, sport events, concerts, or for early morning late night pick-ups. For trips two hundred (200) miles or more a 25% gratuity will be added to your reservation confirmation and is paid at time of booking.

SECTION 32 - DRIVERS & VEHICLES

We reserve the right to replace vehicles or drivers at any time without notice.

SECTION 33 - GRATUITY GUIDELINES

(a) It is customary to give a gratuity in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance with SUPER RIDES INC. So, should you tip your driver and how much? The short answer is yes, always, and the standard is at least 15 - 25% of the total fare cost which is consistent with the general tipping practices and rule of thumb in the car service industry.

(b) Drivers like servers, valets, the barista in your favorite coffee shop, are part of the service economy and rely on gratuity. Drivers also have many work-related expenses not factored into the rate that clients pay, such as car maintenance, cleaning fees, uniform costs, fuel for “dead miles" which is the distance your driver travels at their own expense from their last drop-off location, or from their home to pick you up. Drivers also pay their own tolls after they drop you off or on the way to pick you up. The driver of private car service as SUPER RIDES INC is expected to perform at a high level, so tipping them is the perfect way to show your appreciation.

(c) Drivers are professionals who spend considerable time accommodating their clients and ensuring that their ride goes as smoothly as possible, that encompasses everything from being on time, carrying your suitcases, opening the door for you, loading and unloading your items, assisting you with your seatbelt and seat position, adjusting the air conditioning or the radio’s volume and genre to your preferences, knowing a shortcut during rush hour— the list goes on and on and on.

SECTION 34 - WHAT TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN TIPPING YOUR DRIVER.

Before calculating the final tip amount, think about this; did you travel late at night or early in the morning? Were you alone or with family and children? Were you traveling with a large group? If so, consider tipping more than 20%. The duration of the journey will also define the tip amount. A higher tip of 25% is appropriate if you’re taking a long trip. Also, take into consideration the time of service. Did your driver have to wait for you past midnight at the airport? Did the driver start their day at 3:00 AM to drive you safely and comfortably to your destination by 6:00 AM? Did your driver go above and beyond to help you settle into the vehicle and check in with you along the way to make sure you were comfortable? Then that’s certainly worth a good tip.

SECTION 35 -COURTESY TRIPS, REWARDS TRIPS & TRIP CREDITS

Courtesy trips, Rewards Trips, and trip credits are not transferable and are not valid for/on Special Events, Holidays, Long Distance Trips over 75 miles, Late Night or Early Morning pick-ups, trips previously booked, or trips assigned to third-party independent contractors, and are subject to management approval.
